The Collapsible crate comes with our Lifetime Guarantee to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship, for life. The Collapsible crate does not come with a dog damage warranty.
The Collapsible crate can become airline compatible with the Door Guard attachment and IATA brackets, which can be found on our Accessories page. We recommend calling the airline you plan to fly with ahead of time, as each airline has specific requirements for flying with pet cargo.
The Collapsible crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. Although this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, the hinges and folding design of this crate is not ideal for anxious dogs. We have specifically designed the High Anxiety dog crate for destructive and escape-artist dogs.
We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Collapsible crate.
Generally, if the Crate is rattling, it's because the rubber stopper on the inside of the Door has fallen off. This is a similar kind of stopper you find on cabinet doors. If this happens, just contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. Sometimes there may be a bit of a rattle between the Side Walls and Front Frame - that can be avoided with our IATA Brackets.

I am part of volunteer K9 Search and Rescue team in the Pacific Northwest. The safety of my K9 partners as well as my teammates K9's is very important. I expect the crate I transport my K9's in to be strong and protect them no matter what. My Impact Crate fulfilled my expectations. During a storm this past week a large tree fell on my Truck (my K9's where not in the truck as we were all inside). It crush the Cap on my truck and landed on the corner of the crate (pics attached). The Crate absorb a significant force when the tree impacted the truck. With the crate in the back the overall damage to my truck was lessened and I believe that had my K9 been in any other crate it would have been hurt or worse.
I will be replacing my Impact Crate as soon as I can.

The crate is nice, not the quality I was expecting for $800 but over all it serves its purpose.
The shipping process was a pain, they do "curb side delivery" so if you arent going to be home, your expensive package will be left out by the street, I requested they put it on my porch at least and I was told no, they will leave it by the curb.

The 48 inches Impact Dog Crates are solid, well made and has an unique and strong look. When I took the International flight from Chicago to Poland a lot of people where impressed about light weight of the crates and solid construction. My dogs felt comfortable and less stress during the journey back to new home in Poland with me. I like also the door of the crate, very easy to closed. Handles of the crate allowed for easy way to move the crates on the airport and to the plane. The price of the crates it is worth any money. Highly recommend it.

I love the crates but putting them together was quite the ordeal. There were some screws on the front of each door that were nearly impossible to reach. My crates are in my vehicle, so many of the screws have come off. The screw system was a disappointment but everything else about the crates I like.
