Do you cover dog damage?
The High Anxiety Crate is our only dog crate covered by our Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee. If your dog breaks it, we'll replace it! However, we do not cover dog damage on the Stationary Crate or Collapsible Crate models.
Additionally, all of our dog crates do come with a Lifetime Warranty (Manufacturer Defects)
Does Impact offer a warranty or guarantee?
Yes, Impact Dog Crates offers a Lifetime Guarantee (manufacturer defects) on ALL of their crates. The High Anxiety Crate also comes with a dog damage guarantee. Meaning that if your dog breaks it we will replace it. Other crate models are not covered under this guarantee. Additionally, they provide a 30-day return policy, allowing customers to return their crate within 30 days of receipt if they are not satisfied.
Which crates are airline approved?
The Collapsible Crate is airline approved and comes with both side and rear airline rails. However, airlines have different regulations, so it's always best to check with the specific airline before flying. The High Anxiety Crates are not airline-approved due to design features that don't meet standard airline guidelines.
How do I know what size of crate to get for my dog?
Impact Dog Crates provides a size guide on their website. The general recommendation is:
Measure your dog’s height (from the floor to the top of their head or ears).
Measure your dog’s length (from nose to tail base).
Choose a crate size that allows your dog to stand up, turn around, and lay comfortably inside.
If in doubt, size up for more space.
