Steps to selecting your pawfect crate size:

1. Measure your dog from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail (do not include the tail).
2. Measure your dog from the floor to the tip of the ears.
3. Insert these measurements into the crate sizing application to find the perfect match!

What kind of crates do you offer?

We offer:

How can I get an update on my order?

We manufacture every crate once we receive your order. We do this to ensure you get the highest quality product! Manufacturing time is 5-10 business days. If you need an update on your order please contact support@impactdogcrates.com she will make sure to get you an update on your order!

How long does shipping take?

We ship most of our crate standard ground UPS. Standard ground can take up to 5-7 business days but can arrive much quicker depending on how close you are to Rathdrum, Idaho. If you purchased a High Anxiety crate, Stationary Side Door crate or a Stationary 700 your crate will ship freight on a pallet and arrive within 5-7 business days. The freight company will give you a call 2-3 business days before delivery to ensure that they schedule a time delivery your new crate.

My crate arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your crate arrived damaged, please call 208-687-4400 immediately so we can assist on making sure you will get a brand new crate. If your trying to contact us after hours and are not able to reach us please email support@impactdogcrates.com. We are extremely sorry for this inconvenience and want to make sure that we make this right and take care of our customers. 

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order please email support@impactdogcrates.com we will facilitate with your request.

Does your collapsible dog crate have a warranty?

All our crates come with a manufacturer defect warranty. The ONLY crate that comes with a dog damage warranty is our HIGH ANXIETY crate.

Can I fly with a collapsible dog crate?

What colors do crates come in?

Impact Dog Crates come in a wonderful selection of colors: red, gray, tan, blue, pink, white, orange, yellow and purple. Gray and Tan are our standard colors and our other custom colors are available for an additional cost. 

What size crate should I purchase for my puppy?

Do I have to assemble my crate?

Yes. Most stationary models require assembly. Inside your shipping box will be instructions along with all the necessary tools to put your crate together. We recommend watching our youtube.com video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9JmwoMYaoBI before beginning assembly.

Do you really have dog crates with the military?

Yes. Our Impact Dog Crates are regularly used by Police Departments, US Border Patrols and our United States Military.

Can I use more than one promo code at checkout?

The impactdogcrates.com website will only accept ONE promotional code per order. You are NOT able to combine discount codes on one order.

How does financing work?

You can finance your order with our 3rd-party lender getbread.com when you finance your order you will not have any up front cost. After you make your purchase we will manufacture your order. Once your order ships your loan will then start and your first payment will be in 30 days once your order ships. Can I use a promo code if I finance my order?

We are NOT able to apply any promo codes with any financed order. If you would like to use a promo code with your order you can checkout using a credit card or PayPal.

Are your crates crash tested?

We have completed in house crash testing on our collapsible crates by dropping our collapsible crates from 15 feet resulting in minimal damage.  We have also stacked over 600 lbs on top of the crates with no damage. 

Does your crate have enough ventilation?

Yes. Our engineers devote hours when designing Impact Dog Crates. We take the safety of your pet very seriously and would never produce a product that we don’t have the most confidence in.

Is aluminum hotter than plastic?

No. Aluminum can cool faster than plastic. Plastic tends not to feel as cold or as hot, but this can be a double-edged sword. Plastic has higher heat capacity, meaning it will stay at a temperature longer than an aluminum crate.

Yes. We engineer and manufacture all Impact Dog Crates. We are located on the panhandle in Northern Idaho, near Coeur d’Alene.
