My impact crates are my most used tool by far, especially when managing multiple dogs, client dogs, or my own dogs in the house. Sometimes training certain behaviors isn’t an option at an exact moment, due to time, ability, etc, and crating can be a helpful tool to keep your dog safe while you work through behaviors separately!

Do you cover dog damage?
The High Anxiety Crate is our only dog crate covered by our Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee. If your dog breaks it, we'll replace it! However, we do not cover dog damage on the Stationary Crate or Collapsible Crate models.
Additionally, all of our dog crates do come with a Lifetime Warranty.
Does Impact offer a warranty or guarantee?
Yes — all Impact Dog Crates come with a Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
The High Anxiety Crate also includes our Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee, meaning if your dog breaks it, we’ll replace it at no cost.
How do I know what size of crate to get for my dog?
Use our Sizing Genius tool on each crate page — just enter your dog’s breed, and it’ll recommend the best fit.
For puppies, choose the suggested adult size and add a Puppy Divider so they can grow into it.
When in doubt, size up for comfort — your dog should be able to stand, turn around, and lie down easily.
