Return Policy / 30 Day Trial
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for customers in the contiguous 48 states. Your trial begins upon delivery. To qualify, items must be in like-new condition, lightly used, free from contaminants or structural damage, and include all original packaging, hardware, and components. A $50 return fee applies per item. Return labels expire after 10 days—if not dropped off in time, the return is voided. For health and safety, used or unclean crates will be denied and discarded. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. The 54" Collapsible does not fall under this policy—customers are responsible for all freight costs and the crate must be returned on its original pallet.
Exchange Policy
We allow one free exchange per order for customers in the contiguous 48 states, claimed within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in like-new condition and carefully packaged. Exchanges will be refused if items arrive used, damaged, or improperly packaged. Instant Exchange is available—your replacement ships immediately, but the original must be dropped off within 10 days or you'll be charged the full amount. The 54" Collapsible has a separate policy: customers pay all freight costs and the crate must be on its original pallet.
Warranty Policy
Our crates are backed by a lifetime warranty for the original owner with proof of purchase. We cover defects in materials and workmanship—customers are responsible for return shipping. High Anxiety crates include our Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee: if your dog damages the crate to the point it's unsafe, we'll repair or replace it. First-year replacement shipping is free; after 12 months, customers pay freight. Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint) and dog damage on Collapsible or Stationary crates are not covered. Third-party purchases (Chewy, Amazon, etc.) must go through the seller for warranty claims. To start a claim, visit our Warranty Portal.
