My dog gets super anxious when hes in his crate and theres people that are walking around and wants to get out.Which he has a couple times out of normal wire crates. I bought this as my last resort and this really solved the problem with the smaller holes so he cant see as much and theres nothing for his teeth to grab on and rip out of it.

That said, every airline has different policies. Always confirm requirements with your airline before you fly.
If you're flying, yes — the rails need to stay on. They're required by airlines for securing the crate in the cargo hold.
When you're not traveling by air, you can technically remove them to save space. We don't recommend it though — those screws are easy to lose. If you do take them off, store the rails and hardware somewhere you won't forget.
Yes — the Airline Dog Crate is backed by a Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
It does not include dog damage coverage unless the optional protection plan was added at checkout.
Dog damage isn’t automatically covered on the Airline Dog Crate.
However, you can add optional Dog Damage Protection at checkout for 2 years of coverage.
