Delivery & Tracking: As soon as your crate, in any size or color, is ready, it will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Look out for an email with your tracking information, allowing you to follow its journey straight to your home.
Cancellations
Orders for the Limited Edition: Collapsible Crate can be canceled anytime before production has started. After production has started, (The 1st of the month) we are unable to accept cancellations.
Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.
If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)
All items must be returned in original condition, must include manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
Exchange Policy
We allow one free product exchange per order for customers located within the contiguous 48 States.
Exchange must be claimed within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

The Collapsible crate comes with our Lifetime Warranty to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship, for life. The Collapsible crate does not come with a dog damage guarantee.
The Collapsible crate can become airline compatible with the IATA brackets, which can be found on our Accessories page. We recommend calling the airline you plan to fly with ahead of time, as each airline has specific requirements for flying with pet cargo.
The Collapsible crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. Although this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, the hinges and folding design of this crate is not ideal for anxious dogs. We have specifically designed the High Anxiety dog crate for destructive and escape-artist dogs.
We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Collapsible crate.
Generally, if the Crate is rattling, it's because the rubber stopper on the inside of the Door has fallen off. This is a similar kind of stopper you find on cabinet doors. If this happens, just contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. Sometimes there may be a bit of a rattle between the Side Walls and Front Frame - that can be avoided with our IATA Brackets.

I am embarrassed to admit that my 40 inch collapsible crate took a ride out of the bed of my truck at 65 MPH. my dog wasn't in it.... a heavy cross wind grabbed the crate and over the tailgate it went. I watched it leave in my rear view mirror, I knew 100% I was ordering a new crate that afternoon, and trying to figure what I was going to do with my dog in the meantime, Not the case at all. the crate survived with VERY minimal scratching even. one of the plastic corners broke off and that was the extent of the damage! I purchased my crate second hand, due to cost, and had no expectation that anything would be covered under any warranty, I was wrong again. Impact shipped a new corner, new rivets and even offered a drill bit in the event I needed to drill new holes for rivets! beyond grateful, beyond impressed. We will be ordering a new 48inch crate at the end of the week as my dog is ready to move to the next size.

I finally gave in and invested in one of these crates for my GSD that has crate anxiety and HATES being away from me. He was always destroying wire cages and I was afraid he’d hurt himself. He has since not gotten out of his impact crate since purchase. Despite him tearing up the inside the first couple days he’s now learning that it’s okay to be in the crate and actually starting to enjoy it again! 12/10 recommend these crates and using Shop pay made it so much easier to justify the price but they’re so worth it. I’d probably spent just as much on one of these as I had on wire crates. Will eventually be getting one for all of my dogs

This crate is incredibly durable and has absolutely reduced anxiety in our German Shepherd. He loves to go in his "bed.". So quick and easy to collapse for easy travel.
