This crate is amazing! Very easy to set up. You literally take it out of the box, pop it up, secure the front and back with the heavy-duty, easy to use screws to the sides and bam! There you go. There are support rails that go on each side to stabilize the sides and my goodness it is so easy to do! We got the XL for our German Shepherd and we don’t have to worry about a thing.

Got this thing three years ago for my mix breed (shar pei x catahoula hound). He’s approx 72lbs lean now, he was a little over 80lbs when we first got it. Super high anxiety and huge focus on getting OUT meaning I’ve tried dozens of options before that have survived from sometimes 2 uses to maybe 6 months maximum. This is the only option that continues to hold against my titan all these years and it’s got no signs of quitting - despite how hard my pup tries otherwise! Followed the instructions and built it with a second person just to make sure everything was right. I can’t count how many times I used it these last three years and there is zero compromise in the structural integrity of this crate. Easy to wipe down to clean. Easy for me to move around my home but it stays put when my dog is in it. Best investment for my pup’s long term security at home.

This brand was recommended to me by my boss who has one for her rescue dog. I bought it after my Chihuahua ripped through his first nylon kennel and then started pooping and peeing from anxiety in his plastic kennel. I was skeptical at first because how can a metal crate make that much of an impact on dogs? But wow I am impressed, my dog has stopped whining, braking and scratching, he no longer feels anxious about being in a kennel and will go in there willingly to chill out! He loves his impact crate, I was very scared that he would still hate it but as soon as it was built he was happy! Do you cover dog damage?
The High Anxiety crate is our only crate covered by the Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee. If your dog breaks it, we'll replace it. We do not cover dog damage on the Stationary or Collapsible crate models.
I purchased the High Anxiety crate. What does this Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee cover?
If your dog damages a part of the crate causing a malfunction or compromising the safety of your dog and the crate, those parts will be replaced for free. Free replacement parts, or even crate replacement for as long as you own the crate. If this happens, please contact us immediately, so we can provide you with replacement parts or a brand new crate.
Is the High Anxiety Crate's air ventilation differ from other crate models?
It is a common misconception that the High Anxiety crate will have less air circulation than the Stationary model. The High Anxiety model does have smaller ventilation holes to help prevent the dog from being able to get their teeth, paws or noses into these holes. Although we use smaller ventilation holes of 1/2 inch, we have increased the overall amount of ventilation holes to provide the same air flow as our Stationary models.
Does the collapsible crate rattle?
Generally, if the Crate is rattling, it's because the rubber stopper on the inside of the Door has fallen off. This is a similar kind of stopper you find on cabinet doors. If this happens, just contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. Sometimes there may be a bit of a rattle between the Side Walls and Front Frame - that can be avoided with our IATA Brackets.
Can you fly with the collapsible crate?
The collapsible crate comes with Stationary IATA brackets making the crate IATA compatible. We always recommend reaching out to your airline for verify compliance.
Can my dog destroy or escape the collapsible crate?
The Collapsible crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. Although this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, the hinges and folding design of this crate is not ideal for anxious dogs. We have specifically designed the High Anxiety dog crate for destructive and escape-artist dogs.
Does the Collapsible Crate come with smaller ventilation holes?
We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Collapsible crate.
