Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.
If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)
All items must be returned in original condition, must include manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

Do you cover dog damage?
The High Anxiety crate is our only crate covered by the Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee. We do not cover dog damage on the Stationary or Collapsible crate models.

Are the airline rails required with a Collapsible Crate?
Yes.
Does the Collapsible Crate have a warranty?
The Collapsible crate comes with our Lifetime Warranty to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship, for life. The Collapsible crate does not come with a dog damage guarantee.
Can you fly with the Collapsible crate?
The Collapsible crate can become airline compatible with the IATA brackets, which can be found on our Accessories page. We recommend calling the airline you plan to fly with ahead of time, as each airline has specific requirements for flying with pet cargo.
Can my dog destroy or escape the Collapsible Crate?
The Collapsible crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. Although this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, the hinges and folding design of this crate is not ideal for anxious dogs. We have specifically designed the High Anxiety dog crate for destructive and escape-artist dogs.
Does the Collapsible Crate come with smaller ventilation holes?
We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Collapsible crate.
Does the Collapsible Crate rattle?
Generally, if the Crate is rattling, it's because the rubber stopper on the inside of the Door has fallen off. This is a similar kind of stopper you find on cabinet doors. If this happens, just contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. Sometimes there may be a bit of a rattle between the Side Walls and Front Frame - that can be avoided with our IATA Brackets.

I’ve held off on writing a review for my XXL collapsible crate for almost 5 years; my purchase was in July of 2018. Since then, I’ve traveled 4,000 miles with my crate, it’s been through 2 high anxiety dogs, 4 house moves, and countless doggy accidents. The photos shown are taken today, Nov 21, 2022. The amount of wear and tear shown here doesn’t match a month of wear and tear on a wire crate. This will likely be the last crate I’ll have to purchase in my life, if I don’t invest in a second. Absolutely no rust, some paint damage due to chewing but c’mon it’s been over 4 YEARS, little to no denting, and still feels as sturdy and solid as the day I got it. Impact Crates is the ONLY way to go.

We were on the way to the groomers, I had purchased 2 crates for my poodles as I had heard horror stories of friends who had traveled to agility trials that had horrible accidents, their dog (s) got loose from the car and took off.....I am not sure if they have ever found their 4 legged friends......never thinking I would really need them, but you never know. I found this out when my standard puppy (9 mo) and my mini (3 years) were in their impact crate in the rear of our Toyota Highlander.....my front wheel hit loose stone that was just added to the road, before I could get the car back on the road, we took out a row of mailboxes on 4 x 4 (which hit the windshield on the passenger side)......we heard a loud bang, we were in a ditch about an 11:00 - 4:00 slant, I struggled to pull the car out of the ditch and could get the drivers front tire on the edge of the pavement......I was in shock.....the car was still upright.....other than some glass, my husband was okay, we had alot of individuals that stopped to offer assistance, which was great.....everyone wanted to take the puppy out, but I did not let them as I did not know what I would find....when the sheriff came and traffic began to move (my mini was fine, not a scratch and not even afraid..my husband had gotten her out of the crate) I decided I needed to see how my baby was.....I opened the back and there she was looking at me as if to say, what happened mom.....NOT one cut, NO anxiety issues after.....she was doing…

Super create! Our Humphrey loved it the minute we mounted it. However, United did not accept the collapsible crate even with the IMPACT IATA kit.

I am happy with my purchase of the Impact crates. They are lightweight and sturdy and easy to handle. We go to dog shows and have customized our RV to have these. They stack nice also. I only gave 4 stars because I don’t love that they have changed the front door design and you can’t see the dog. I really would like to be able to glance at the crate and see the dog.

Our GSD would completely mangle his wire crate any time we left the house. With the impact dog crate he seems to have no anxiety, he doesn't cry, and he actually seems happy to go in. We have had it for roughly 3 weeks now and have had zero issues. We absolutely love it. Worth every penny.
