Free Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy: You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.
If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)
All items must be returned in original condition, must include manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
Exchange Policy: We allow one free product exchange per order for customers located within the contiguous 48 States.
Exchange must be claimed within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.
To be valid for an exchange, the product must be returned in original condition including manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Exchanges will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure your product is carefully packaged.
