I bought the collapsible crate because we travel in a RV and the door is so narrow. We can’t get most cages inside so the collapsible one is perfect. When we leave the dog in the cage, we don’t have to worry about her getting out or destroying the cage.
I lent mine to a canine law-enforcement officer who talked about how his dog freaks out and continually barks when he is in his kennel. Three days later, the officer called me and told me the cage was a game changer, his dog does not hesitate to go into the cage and does not bark continually like he used to. His supervisors came to his house to look at the cage he was using, and how the dog was slowly destroying it, and then showed the impact collapsible crate in how the dog is calm and happy when he is in it, and the department purchased one for him. Please don’t bark at the price, you pay for what you get, you have a lifetime cage that you don’t have to worry about, and your dog will be calmer and happier, and in my case, the collapsible one will fit inside your RV and can be put together when you need it…

My dog was very scared of crates. He got out of every wired crate imaginable, when I got this crate he was safe inside and is now getting used to being in a crate. I’m definitely happy knowing he can’t break out or hurt himself or break anything around the house. It was definitely worth the investment and I plan on ordering a comfy bed for inside when I know he won’t destroy it lol

I ordered the wrong size crate and thought I was stuck. When I left a review and mentioned my mistake, the company reached out to me and offered an exchange. The communication over the phone and ease of the return was excellent. This may seem like something trivial, but great customer service is hard to find these days. These crates have been life changing for my Labradore and Australian Shepard. They sleep through the night! They also feel secure in the crates and go into them with following the crate training program occasionally during the day for a quiet place. I would purchase them again.
