 Impact Dog Crate Limited Lifetime Warranty

 Impact Dog Crates products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for life to the original owner from the date of purchase from Impact Dog Crates and authorized dealers of Impact Dog Crate products. We do NOT warranty dog damage on our stationary or collapsible dog crates.

We will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. In most cases, we will send replacement parts that you as the consumer will need to install.  Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to you for parts and/or labor, you shall be responsible for any transportation charges for returning the products.  Replacement products may be new or refurbished at our discretion.

This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks, stains and dents; (ii) consumable parts, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water (in excess of specifications), flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iv) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Impact Dog Crate; or (v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the prior written permission of Impact Dog Crate.

THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY ARISING UNDER ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE.  Subject to applicable law, in no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the product purchased.

RETURNS
You may return to us any functioning new Impact Dog Crate product you purchase from us within 10 days of receiving your product for a full refund (based on your method of payment). After 10 days have passed you can return your new product up to 90 days from receiving it.  However, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to the credit.  If you purchased an Impact Dog Crate product from a third party, such party will provide information about eligible returns.  For all returns, including warranty returns, you must pack your Impact Dog Crate product in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. If you do not have original packaging it is your responsibility to package the returning products to ensure they do not get damaged during their return to us.  We reserve the right to charge for any damage to the Impact Dog Crate product, and missing part, fees may apply.

Please contact our Customer Service team prior to returning any product to receive a return authorization form and RMA number. You will be responsible for, and pre-pay, all return shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to us. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping for your protection.  We will pay for ground shipping to return any product to you.

Call us at 208-687-4400 to obtain an RMA number.  Once you have obtained the RMA number, please send us your purchased Basis product with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package and on the shipping slip if you choose to use traceable carriers such as UPS or FEDEX. Shipping fees for returns are your responsibility.  

 IMPACT High Anxiety Dog Crate Warranty

Impact High Anxiety Dog Crates products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for life to the original owner from the date of purchase from Impact Dog Crates and authorized dealers of Impact Dog Crate products.

Your High Anxiety crate does come with a two-year replacement guarantee.  If within the first two years of owning the high anxiety dog crate, your dog damages your crate to a point where it is not safely containing your pet.  Please contact us at 208-687-4400. 

Your High Anxiety Dog Crate warranty covers shipping a new crate back to you within the first calendar year.  If your dog crate is older than 12 months but still in the two-year free replacement warranty period, you will be responsible for the freight of the replacement parts and or new crate.
