I have two young Dutchies and I am so pleased to have upgraded their wire crates to your Impact Crates! Even though my girls are crate trained, and never tried to get out of their wire crates, I really was not comfortable with them in it for long periods of time. The HUGE upgrade is AMAZING! Well, worth the price for the peace of mind that my girls are safe and secure whenever in their crates. I live in SWFL and it is hurricane season, so it is even more important that my girls have a place they know to go into that is comfortable and safe. The crate pad fits perfectly, completed to the comfort of my girls, and easy to wipe clean, again well worth the price. I did purchase the larger crates for their size, but one of my Dutchies loves to sprawl out. I’m sure that the smaller one would have worked just fine, but I know she’ll be more comfortable when she’s in it. Shipment took a little more time than I expected. The crates were packed very securely, no damage. I ABSOLUTELY recommend the Impact Dog Crate for anyone shopping around for a crate, no matter what breed. I know I will never have to purchase a replacement crate, but I will purchase another for when I add another working breed to my pack! Love, Love this crate!!!

This is my second crate purchase from Impact. This time, I ordered the 30” black crate with the airline divider, fan, and orthopedic pad. The crate itself is flawless—sturdy, well-built, and perfectly packaged. There were a few minor blemishes on the top, but nothing that would be a deal breaker. Setup was quick and easy.
My only disappointment was with the orthopedic pad. It’s on the pricey side, and my 4-month-old American Shepherd managed to pull apart the seams and get to the foam. Thankfully, Impact’s excellent customer service is sending a replacement, and I’m hopeful it will hold up better. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend the crate.

My gsd puppy got injured from his old wire crate and so did my 3 year old gsd when she was a puppy. This crate keeps them safe. They cannot get hurt. They feel more secure. It was super easy to setup and perfect for when I take my babies on weekend getaways! I highly recommend this crate!
