The Collapsible crate comes with our Lifetime Warranty to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship, for life. The Collapsible crate does not come with a dog damage guarantee.
The Collapsible crate can become airline compatible with the Airline brackets and Rear Airline Rail, which can be found on our Accessories page. We recommend calling the airline you plan to fly with ahead of time, as each airline has specific requirements for flying with pet cargo.
The Collapsible crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. Although this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, the hinges and folding design of this crate is not ideal for anxious dogs. We have specifically designed the High Anxiety dog crate for destructive and escape-artist dogs.
We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Collapsible crate.
Generally, if the Crate is rattling, it's because the rubber stopper on the inside of the Door has fallen off. This is a similar kind of stopper you find on cabinet doors. If this happens, just contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. Sometimes there may be a bit of a rattle between the Side Walls and Front Frame - that can be avoided with our new Stationary Screws and Rear Airline Rail.

This was a great investment for my Cane Corso Puppy and my family.
Crate training is a must but once you have it down after a few days it’s worth every penny. I also invested in the puppy divider which is also worth it.
I also set up a camera inside of it to keep an eye on her 24/7👌
I do plan on having other puppies in the future so it’s going to be used a lot over the next couple decades 💪🏼

I got the limited edition OD Green crate in the size 40+ for my 78lb male Doberman. It’s a perfect fit for him. Before finding Impact Crates I was struggling to find a crate tall enough for him to meet airline requirements without the rest of the measurements being massive. The 40+ gives that few extra inches in height that we needed while still maintaining the 40.5in length. Impact provided amazing customer service too! I do wish they offered a collapsible crate with no ventilation on the bottom half though (some airlines don’t allow the vents on the bottom half). A Lufthansa agent has assured me this crate is allowed with their airline though.

I have two young Dutchies and I am so pleased to have upgraded their wire crates to your Impact Crates! Even though my girls are crate trained, and never tried to get out of their wire crates, I really was not comfortable with them in it for long periods of time. The HUGE upgrade is AMAZING! Well, worth the price for the peace of mind that my girls are safe and secure whenever in their crates. I live in SWFL and it is hurricane season, so it is even more important that my girls have a place they know to go into that is comfortable and safe. The crate pad fits perfectly, completed to the comfort of my girls, and easy to wipe clean, again well worth the price. I did purchase the larger crates for their size, but one of my Dutchies loves to sprawl out. I’m sure that the smaller one would have worked just fine, but I know she’ll be more comfortable when she’s in it. Shipment took a little more time than I expected. The crates were packed very securely, no damage. I ABSOLUTELY recommend the Impact Dog Crate for anyone shopping around for a crate, no matter what breed. I know I will never have to purchase a replacement crate, but I will purchase another for when I add another working breed to my pack! Love, Love this crate!!!
