Free Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy: You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.
If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)
All items must be returned in original condition, must include manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
Exchange Policy: We allow one free product exchange per order for customers located within the contiguous 48 States.
Exchange must be claimed within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

I originally bought the xl for my older Dutch Shepherd. It’s a wonderful bed with a truly durable fabric that the dogs are definitely comfortable in. The XL fits him (85) pounds and his (65) pounds malinois buddy just fine. They both seemed so comfortable in the bed I decided to get another one size large for the malinois. Now they just pick beds or switch at random depending what toy was left where!!

We’ve only had the bed for a few weeks but our 10 month old Whiskey girl loves it. This 70 pound chocolate lab sleeps in a variety of positions and the XL bed is spacious. You can tell the foam on this bed will hold up for many years to come. That was my main concern. Thank you so much impact for accommodating my requests with speedy email responses. ~ Julie

Everything about this bed is top notch, the material, the comfortability, the fact that its made in the USA! We have two big dogs, we got the XL bed, currently both dogs sleep in it. I am sure when our cane Corso is fully grown that may be a bit tougher, but still may work. We have two crates from Impact as well, I reccomend this company to every dog owner I know.
