Return Policy: You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.
If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)
All items must be returned in original condition, must include manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
Exchange Policy: We allow one free product exchange per order for customers located within the contiguous 48 States.
Exchange must be claimed within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

We are moving overseas and decided to buy this crate for my wife’s service dog that unfortunately can’t fly in cabin with us. This crate is large, secure, and meets the travel requirements for cargo travel crates. We already ordered a 2nd one for our other dog, and will be ordering a 3rd soon!

Impressively well designed and constructed. We are preparing to potentially relocate to Hawaii with a blind, senior Tibetan Terrier. She weighs only 30-33 lbs, but she is shaped more like a large 50-70 lb dog. That means she will have to travel in the air cargo area of an airplane instead of inside the cabin, in a large or extra large sized kennel that will be hard to transport using our 2017 Subaru Forester to and from the airport.
The collapsible Impact travel crate does barely fit sideways in the rear seat/cargo area of the Forester, without an inch to spare (and that’s with the manufacturer’s rubber cargo mat reducing total available floor to ceiling height). The front door of the crate points perfectly outwards towards the rear passenger door, so that it is easy to lift our blind dog into and out of the crate inside the car.
The crate is easy to carry in collapsed form when empty, and easy to set up inside the car, even with my weak middle aged finger ligaments/muscles! Also, for air travel, most other manufacturers' large dog kennel vertical holes are too big and don't meet the most recent AITA 1" square maximum hole size requirement. The Impact travel crate air holes are small and plentiful, and they seem easily compliant with current AITA requirements.
I'll need to use a strong, long camping twist tie to hang a deep water pail and food pail on the inside of the door in order to meet airline requirements for food/water availability. I wish that Impact sold an…
