Delivery & Tracking: As soon as your crate, in any size or color, is ready, it will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Look out for an email with your tracking information, allowing you to follow its journey straight to your home.

 Free Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy: You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.

If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)

All items must be returned in original condition, must include manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

Exchange Policy: We allow one free product exchange per order for customers located within the contiguous 48 States. 

Exchange must be claimed within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

To be valid for an exchange, the product must be returned in original condition including manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Exchanges will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure your product is carefully packaged.

    Fits like a glove

    This mat fits perfectly into the 48+ crate. It helps to cut down with any crate noise from nails and movement. Easy to vacuum off and seems tough enough to with stand a rottie. I don't think it would be chew proof tho.

    These pads are great!

    I ordered two pads and unfortunately both were damaged in shipping. I contacted customer service, sent them photos of the damage and they had replacements to me in a few days. My dogs are tough on everything and so far these are holding up great!

    Great quality

    Great quality. Company is great. They promptly answer all questions and delivery of items is fast. We now have two 40 inch crates and love the quality. The plastic box store crates would never hold up to our labs. No issues at all with leaving them in the impact crates.
