Delivery & Tracking: As soon as your crate, in any size or color, is ready, it will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Look out for an email with your tracking information, allowing you to follow its journey straight to your home.

 Free Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy: You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.

If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)

All items must be returned in original condition, must include manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

Exchange Policy: We allow one free product exchange per order for customers located within the contiguous 48 States. 

Exchange must be claimed within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

    Amazing feature. Doesn’t work with the puppy divider so don’t install this first if you plan on potty training.

    The best crate!

    I have a VERY hyper German Shepard. This crate has been a game changer for both training AND traveling. It’s super sturdy and durable and my dog loves it. It does not give him anxiety and he just loves it.
