Impact Dog Den

We found Impact Dog Crates after our dog escaped from his wire crate two times, leaving me worried that he would hurt himself trying to escape again. Monty has anxiety with fireworks and other loud sounds, so we need a way to contain him safely when his anxiety makes him a danger to himself and our home. I am very pleased with the Impact Collapsible Crate after a few weeks of use. Monty has not tried to escape, and I don’t believe he could if he wanted to.

We purchased the size 40”+ crate, because it was most similar to what we had used before. Monty, our 70lb mutt, fits securely and comfortably. We probably could have sized down, but I am happy for him to have the extra space to be comfy.

I wasn’t excited about the high price tag of this crate, but it has been 100% worth it—much better to pay to protect my dog than to pay for vet bills later if he gets hurt trying to escape a flimsy crate again. Having this crate has also helped to reduce my anxiety with leaving Monty home alone—and that’s priceless.

I've had wire crates for decades and honestly hate them, but they do the job in most cases but not always (of course).

With a new addition to the family (adopted GSD) I wanted to give her the best home and most perfect and comfortable crate (kennel). I did my due diligence and came to the conclusion to go with Impact. Needless to say, I am not disappointed in the least. Impact's customer service is also absolutely AMAZING! I had one small issue with a latch and after an email with some pictures and video the new part was authorized and being shipped.... ON A SUNDAY! Talk about on their game!

I am now going to be getting rid of my old wire crates and investing in these Impact crates for their strength, design, functionality, ease of use, and ease of collapse and transport. You can't get better than this.
