I really like the product, but the instructions need to be better. I didn’t receive any physical instruction on how to put the crate together with the package, and the video on the Impact website and the Impact YouTube were not the same model of collapseable crate as the one i order. There was an extra bar (im assuming for the back of the crate - from what i got on the youtube comments) that was not shown in either of these demonstrations. Really like the product overall so far and plan to but more, just maybe up the instructions. Thank you!

I purchased the 34” crate last month, because of the quality and the 30% off sale. I just ordered the 30” crate to bring to dog events. Due to impact not having a cart in stock I ordered one from K9 Kennel Boss and it fits perfectly on the 34”. I haven’t received the 30” as I just ordered it 2 days ago.

I was a little inpatient waiting for this crate because shipment was back logged for a couple of weeks as i was excited but I received the crate within three days of it leaving the warehouse once it was backnin stock which was amazing!
I struggled a bit setting it up but I have a bit of mobility issues. What an upgrade from a his wire crate, I love it and so does my dog! Its so pretty and clean looking. If you’re hesitant on the price, dont be, it’s so worth it!
