Limited Edition Shipping: Your order will be shipped in 4-6 weeks once production begins. To find out when production begins, please read the note in the product description.

Cancellations
Orders for the Limited Edition: Collapsible Crate can be canceled anytime before production has started. After production has started, (The 1st of the month) we are unable to accept cancellations.
Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.
If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)
All items must be returned in original condition, must include manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
Exchange Policy
We allow one free product exchange per order for customers located within the contiguous 48 States.

The Collapsible crate comes with our Lifetime Warranty to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship, for life. The Collapsible crate does not come with a dog damage guarantee.
The Collapsible crate can become airline compatible with the Airline brackets & Rear Airline Rail, which can be found on our Accessories page. The Airline Brackets & Rear Airline rail are now included with the Collapsible crate. We recommend calling the airline you plan to fly with ahead of time, as each airline has specific requirements for flying with pet cargo.
The Collapsible crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. Although this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, the hinges and folding design of this crate is not ideal for anxious dogs. We have specifically designed the High Anxiety dog crate for destructive and escape-artist dogs.
We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Collapsible crate.
Generally, if the Crate is rattling, it's because the rubber stopper on the inside of the Door has fallen off. This is a similar kind of stopper you find on cabinet doors. If this happens, just contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. Sometimes there may be a bit of a rattle between the Side Walls and Front Frame - that can be avoided with our Stationary Screws & Rear Airline Bracket.

I have two young Dutchies and I am so pleased to have upgraded their wire crates to your Impact Crates! Even though my girls are crate trained, and never tried to get out of their wire crates, I really was not comfortable with them in it for long periods of time. The HUGE upgrade is AMAZING! Well, worth the price for the peace of mind that my girls are safe and secure whenever in their crates. I live in SWFL and it is hurricane season, so it is even more important that my girls have a place they know to go into that is comfortable and safe. The crate pad fits perfectly, completed to the comfort of my girls, and easy to wipe clean, again well worth the price. I did purchase the larger crates for their size, but one of my Dutchies loves to sprawl out. I’m sure that the smaller one would have worked just fine, but I know she’ll be more comfortable when she’s in it. Shipment took a little more time than I expected. The crates were packed very securely, no damage. I ABSOLUTELY recommend the Impact Dog Crate for anyone shopping around for a crate, no matter what breed. I know I will never have to purchase a replacement crate, but I will purchase another for when I add another working breed to my pack! Love, Love this crate!!!

This is my second crate purchase from Impact. This time, I ordered the 30” black crate with the airline divider, fan, and orthopedic pad. The crate itself is flawless—sturdy, well-built, and perfectly packaged. There were a few minor blemishes on the top, but nothing that would be a deal breaker. Setup was quick and easy.
My only disappointment was with the orthopedic pad. It’s on the pricey side, and my 4-month-old American Shepherd managed to pull apart the seams and get to the foam. Thankfully, Impact’s excellent customer service is sending a replacement, and I’m hopeful it will hold up better. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend the crate.

My gsd puppy got injured from his old wire crate and so did my 3 year old gsd when she was a puppy. This crate keeps them safe. They cannot get hurt. They feel more secure. It was super easy to setup and perfect for when I take my babies on weekend getaways! I highly recommend this crate!
