Delivery & Tracking: As soon as your crate, in any size or color, is ready, it will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Look out for an email with your tracking information, allowing you to follow its journey straight to your home.

Once your crate is ready, it will be shipped via FedEx or UPS, at which point you'll receive an email with tracking information in order to follow its journey to your doorstep.

 Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.

If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)

All items must be returned in original condition, must include manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

Exchange Policy

We allow one free product exchange per order for customers located within the contiguous 48 States. 

Exchange must be claimed within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

To be valid for an exchange, the product must be returned in original condition including manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Exchanges will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure your product is carefully packaged.

FAQ

Do you cover dog damage?

The High Anxiety crate is our only crate covered by the Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee. We do not cover dog damage on the Stationary or Collapsible crate models.
My dog damaged the Stationary crate. What do I do?

Please contact us, we will do our best to find a solution for you.
Does the Stationary Crate have a warranty?

The Stationary crate comes with our Lifetime Warranty to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship, for life. The Stationary crate does not come with a dog damage guarantee.
Can you fly with the Stationary crate?

No.

Our Collapsible Crate, can be Airline Approved as long as you purchase the Rear Airline Rail.
Can my dog destroy or escape the Stationary Crate?

The Stationary crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. While this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, its technically not escape proof. We recommend our High Anxiety dog crate for dogs with destructive tendencies, separation anxiety, and escape-artists.
Does the Stationary Crate come with smaller ventilation holes?

We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Stationary crate.
Does the Stationary Crate have a removable tray?

The Stationary Crate doesn't have a removable tray, however you can unscrew the bottom if needed. In most cases, this isn't necessary for everyday cleaning.
What is the difference between the Stationary and High Anxiety crate?

The High Anxiety crate will have double the thickness of aluminum, welded and riveted, reduced bar spacing on the door and reduced 1/2" ventilation holes. It incorporates the use of a paddle latch rather than the slam latch and also includes 4 additional butterfly latches for extra security on the front door. The High Anxiety crate also is our only model that includes a lifetime dog damage guarantee, we will send any replacement parts or even replace the crate if it is no longer safe.
