FAQ

Do you cover dog damage?

The High Anxiety crate is our only crate covered by the Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee. We do not cover dog damage on the Stationary or Collapsible crate models.
My dog damaged the Stationary crate. What do I do?

Please contact us, we will do our best to find a solution for you.
Does the Stationary Crate have a warranty?

The Stationary crate comes with our Lifetime Warranty to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship, for life. The Stationary crate does not come with a dog damage guarantee.
Can you fly with the Stationary crate?

Yes, the Stationary Crate is our only crate that is Airline (IATA) Approved by default.

Our Collapsible Crate, can be Airline Approved as long as you purchase the IATA brackets.
Can my dog destroy or escape the Stationary Crate?

The Stationary crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. While this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, its technically not escape proof. We recommend our High Anxiety dog crate for dogs with destructive tendencies, separation anxiety, and escape-artists.
Does the Stationary Crate come with smaller ventilation holes?

We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Stationary crate.
Does the Stationary Crate have a removable tray?

The Stationary Crate doesn't have a removable tray, however you can unscrew the bottom if needed. In most cases, this isn't necessary for everyday cleaning.
What is the difference between the Stationary and High Anxiety crate?

The High Anxiety crate will have double the thickness of aluminum, welded and riveted, reduced bar spacing on the door and reduced 1/2" ventilation holes. It incorporates the use of a paddle latch rather than the slam latch and also includes 4 additional butterfly latches for extra security on the front door. The High Anxiety crate also is our only model that includes a lifetime dog damage guarantee, we will send any replacement parts or even replace the crate if it is no longer safe.

    Saved our dog.

    We adopted a 11 month old Cane Corso who suffers from severe separation anxiety. We went through two of the standard metal wired box crates. He was able to break both of them and escape. I also have two other mastiffs that are crate trained and was imperative for the new dog to be as well. My family and I were running out of options for him.

    We ended up finding Impact on a YouTube video where they were releasing a rescued wolf back in to the wild. I figured if it can hold a wolf it can hold my dog. We did some research on Impact and loved what we found. We bought the stationary crate and have had it for about a week now and it has changed our dog completely. He is safe and can’t hurt himself trying to escape. With some training and treats for about 30 min a day he is now fully crate trained.

    We couldn’t have asked for a better product than Impact. They were great from the minute we ordered it and to the time it came in. It took about an hour to assemble and the video with the instructions was key…

    This is my second impact crate. I currently have a stationary and collapsible crate. Both of these crates are used for for high drive working k9s. I love my impact crates. My collapsible crate is 5 years old and works like new! I couldn't recommend impact crates more. Make the investment and buy one of these incredible crates!

    Great crate for our reactive dog

    Our trainer recommended this crate awhile ago but was very expensive. After our reactive dog rushed the other dog's wire crate (again) and got his canine tooth caught causing an injury, we decided to spend the money for two -48" stationary crates with optional side doors and couldn't be happier! Both dogs feel VERY safe and secure. The reactive dog now ignores the other dog's crate and this will never happen again. We were also very happy with Riley, who provided stellar customer service!

    Perfect for our anxious dog

    For our senior dog’s safety, she needs to be crated. The older she’s gotten, the worse her separation anxiety is, and the harder it has been to keep her crated without her trying to break out. The impact crate has been a game changer. She can’t injure herself on it and does seem calmer than in her wire crate, perhaps because of the more closed in, secure feel. We’re very happy with our purchase.
