Delivery & Tracking: As soon as your crate, in any size or color, is ready, it will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Look out for an email with your tracking information, allowing you to follow its journey straight to your home.
Free Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy: You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.
If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)
All items must be returned in original condition, must include manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
Exchange Policy: We allow one free product exchange per order for customers located within the contiguous 48 States.
Exchange must be claimed within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

Hands down best Dog Crates and Dog accessories on the market. I have the anti anxiety large 41 and the collapsible crate both in gray for our large German Shepard with separation anxiety. He feels so secure in both crates and safe. Other crates have never worked. Also my GSD is a horse with high hips and long legs. The orthopedic crate pad fits the crates perfect and are very good for his bones and hips. To add, customer service is OUTSTANDING! Personal and effective. 5 STARS hands down!

A company that sells a liner and that is a perfect fit for all there beds. Once again from the collapsible crate when it was damaged and i had to get it replaced and my dog ruined the foam to his bed with a upset tummy jackson bad the solution with the liner and a new bed amazing products amazing effort to keep you and our best friends happy
