The Collapsible crate comes with our Lifetime Warranty to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship, for life. The Collapsible crate does not come with a dog damage guarantee.
The Collapsible crate can become airline compatible with the Airline brackets and Rear Airline Rail, which can be found on our Accessories page. We recommend calling the airline you plan to fly with ahead of time, as each airline has specific requirements for flying with pet cargo.
The Collapsible crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. Although this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, the hinges and folding design of this crate is not ideal for anxious dogs. We have specifically designed the High Anxiety dog crate for destructive and escape-artist dogs.
We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Collapsible crate.
Generally, if the Crate is rattling, it's because the rubber stopper on the inside of the Door has fallen off. This is a similar kind of stopper you find on cabinet doors. If this happens, just contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. Sometimes there may be a bit of a rattle between the Side Walls and Front Frame - that can be avoided with our Stationary Screws and Rear Airline Rail.

My dog was very scared of crates. He got out of every wired crate imaginable, when I got this crate he was safe inside and is now getting used to being in a crate. I’m definitely happy knowing he can’t break out or hurt himself or break anything around the house. These crates have been life changing for my Labradore and Australian Shepard. They sleep through the night! They also feel secure in the crates and go into them with following the crate training program occasionally during the day for a quiet place. I would purchase them again.

Love this! I use this crate for my wolf hybrid I own and she loves hers. I’ve never had to fight her on kennels before. Her issue was she just got way too hot in them! With her being wolf,gsd&alaskan malaute her hair is THICK! With this kinnel having all those ventilation holes has helped tremendously!!
