Delivery & Tracking: As soon as your crate, in any size or color, is ready, it will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Look out for an email with your tracking information, allowing you to follow its journey straight to your home.
Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.
If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)
All items must be returned in original condition, must include manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

Do you cover dog damage?
The High Anxiety crate is our only crate covered by the Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee. We do not cover dog damage on the Stationary or Collapsible crate models.

Are the airline rails required with a Collapsible Crate?
Yes.
Does the Collapsible Crate have a warranty?
The Collapsible crate comes with our Lifetime Warranty to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship, for life. The Collapsible crate does not come with a dog damage guarantee.
Can you fly with the Collapsible crate?
The Collapsible crate can become airline compatible with the IATA brackets, which can be found on our Accessories page. We recommend calling the airline you plan to fly with ahead of time, as each airline has specific requirements for flying with pet cargo.
Can my dog destroy or escape the Collapsible Crate?
The Collapsible crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. Although this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, the hinges and folding design of this crate is not ideal for anxious dogs. We have specifically designed the High Anxiety dog crate for destructive and escape-artist dogs.
Does the Collapsible Crate come with smaller ventilation holes?
We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Collapsible crate.
Does the Collapsible Crate rattle?
Generally, if the Crate is rattling, it's because the rubber stopper on the inside of the Door has fallen off. This is a similar kind of stopper you find on cabinet doors. If this happens, just contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. Sometimes there may be a bit of a rattle between the Side Walls and Front Frame - that can be avoided with our IATA Brackets.

I recently purchased the collapsible and my dog is in love. He usually is not a big fan of crate and I can already see him gravitating towards his new home. Also setting it up and dismantling it takes 60 seconds or so as the product describes. It is a little heavy even when collapsed but the durability and portability for me outweigh its actual weight.

This is such an essential purchase for high energy dogs. Worth every penny. So easy to collapse and set up. Truly less than 1 minute. I am able to do this by myself without my husbands help. We travel a lot and can bring our dogs crate with us so he is comfortable. He loves it and it reduces my anxiety when we are out that he is safe and happy.
