Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy: The Tarter x Impact Collapsible Dog Crate is not eligible for the 30 Day Risk-Free Trial. However, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the crate must be in like-new condition, free from dirt, hair, odor, contaminants, wear, or structural damage, and returned in its original packaging with all hardware and components included. A $50 return shipping and restocking fee per item applies, and original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return labels must be used within 10 days of issuance. All returns are subject to inspection, which may take up to 30 days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For the health and safety of pets, we cannot accept returns of crates showing signs of use, contamination, or damage — returns that do not meet eligibility standards will be denied and no refund will be issued.
Exchange Policy: The Tarter x Impact Collapsible Dog Crate is eligible for one free exchange per order within 30 days of delivery (contiguous 48 U.S. states only). The crate must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all components and hardware included. Exchanges are subject to inspection, which may take up to 30 days. If the returned product does not meet eligibility standards, the exchange will be denied.

I have an 120lbs cane corso who stands about 3 ft tall and about 4 ft long head to tail. I was seriously struggling to find a crate where he could lay down fully and be comfotable. I was also tired of having to bust down the crates with all the little screws to clean it ounce a week! Im obsessed with this crate and so is my dog! Worth absolutely every penny its well made and easit to assemble and i will be buying another for my other puppy when he is full grown!
