  • Standard Colors (Gray, White, Black): Our popular shades are ready to go, with an estimated processing time of approximately 3 - 7 business days.
  • Specialty Colors (Teal, Tan, OD Green): For those looking for a splash of color, please allow a bit more time. These unique options have a processing time of approximately 14 - 21 days.
 Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for a risk-free shopping experience. Your trial begins upon delivery, allowing you to test our products at home. To qualify for a refund, items must be lightly used, in a like-new condition, and free from contaminants or structural damage. A $50 return shipping fee applies, and refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of item inspection. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

If your purchase meets these conditions, we’ll issue a full refund minus the shipping fee.

Exchange Policy

We allow one free product exchange per order for customers located within the contiguous 48 States. 

Exchange must be claimed within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

To be valid for an exchange, the product must be returned in original condition including manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Exchanges will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure your product is carefully packaged.
