Return Policy: You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.

If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)

All items must be returned in original condition, must include manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

Exchange Policy: We allow one free product exchange per order for customers located within the contiguous 48 States.

Exchange must be claimed within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

Do you cover dog damage? *

Dog damage isn’t automatically covered on the Collapsible Crate.

However, you can add optional Dog Damage Protection at checkout for 2 years of coverage.

Every Collapsible Crate still includes a Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

My dog damaged the Collapsible crate. What do I do? *

Please reach out to our support team with photos of the damage.

While dog damage isn’t covered by default, we’ll review your case and do our best to help — especially if you purchased the Dog Damage Protection Add-On.

If that protection wasn’t added, our team can still offer repair parts or replacement options.

Are the side rails required with a Collapsible Crate? *

The side rails are indeed structural, meaning the crate literally requires them for assembly and rigidity — they’re not optional.

Does the Collapsible Crate have a warranty? *

Yes — the Collapsible Crate is backed by a Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.

It does not include dog damage coverage unless the optional protection plan was added at checkout.

Can you fly with the Collapsible crate?

Some customers have successfully flown with the Collapsible Crate on select airlines, but we no longer advertise it as airline-approved.

If you choose to fly, use the included side rails and thumb screws to secure all panels, and confirm your airline’s requirements before travel — they can vary widely.

Can my dog destroy or escape the Collapsible Crate?

The Collapsible Crate is not 100% escape-proof, but it’s far stronger than traditional wire or plastic kennels.

About 90% of dogs will not be able to escape it under normal use.

However, if your dog has a history of breaking out of crates or shows signs of severe anxiety or destructive behavior, we don’t recommend the Collapsible model.

In those cases, our High Anxiety Crate is the best fit — it’s built specifically for escape artists and comes with a Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee.

Does the Collapsible Crate come with smaller ventilation holes?

No — the Collapsible Crate uses standard 0.817" diamond ventilation holes for airflow and visibility.

Smaller holes like those on the High Anxiety model cannot be added or modified.

Does the Collapsible Crate rattle?

Generally, if your crate is rattling, it’s because the rubber stopper on the inside of the door has fallen off. It’s the same type of bumper you’d find on a cabinet door.

If this happens, just reach out to us — we’ll send a free replacement stopper.

In some cases, you might hear a light rattle between the side walls and the front frame. That can be eliminated by installing the Stationary Screws and Rear Airline Rail, which add extra tension and stability.
