Your rental includes a brand new or like-new Collapsible Dog Crate and a warranty for as long as you keep your crate for any issues that may arise, with the exception of user error or gross negligence.
This is not a rent-to-own or financing program. When you cancel your rental, you are required to return your Collapsible Dog Crate. With financing (ie "buy-now-pay-later" by Affirm, Klarna, etc), you’re ultimately committed to a purchase spread out over a period of time, and are responsible for payments until fully paid off. With our rental, you truly have the flexibility to cancel at any time.
Yes, you can cancel your rental at any time. We will send you a pre-paid return label and pause any rental plan payments for 7 days to give you enough time to pack and ship your item before your next billing date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days remaining on your rental plan. If you don’t return your item, your monthly rental payments will continue as normal.
If your crate breaks or is defective, we will replace it for free and also cover shipping fees in both directions. If the damage is intentional, excessive, or grossly negligent, you will typically still owe some fee. Depending on the degree of user fault, you may be charged for replacement components, parts, or shipping fees.
We deliver anywhere within the contiguous 48 United States; we do not offer rental plans in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or locations outside of the U.S.
