    Excellent purchase -

    I really shopped around and made my decision to purchase from here - the customer service here is excellent and the product exceeded my expectations. So easy to collapse and take with us and less than 5 minutes to set up. My pup loves sleeping in it even whether the door is open or closed. The size fit my dog perfectly with room to move around and stand up.

    Training is steady, but positive! Our pup is going inside more and more everyday on her own. I love how sturdy and safe it is!

    Only “ish” is that I wish the puppy divider bars were easier to manuever!

    Worth the investment!

    We found Impact Dog Crates after our dog escaped from his wire crate two times, leaving me worried that he would hurt himself trying to escape again. Monty has anxiety with fireworks and other loud sounds, so we need a way to contain him safely when his anxiety makes him a danger to himself and our home. I am very pleased with the Impact Collapsible Crate after a few weeks of use. Monty has not tried to escape, and I don’t believe he could if he wanted to.

    We purchased the size 40”+ crate, because it was most similar to what we had used before. Monty, our 70lb mutt, fits securely and comfortably. We probably could have sized down, but I am happy for him to have the extra space to be comfy.

    I wasn’t excited about the high price tag of this crate, but it has been 100% worth it—much better to pay to protect my dog than to pay for vet bills later if he gets hurt trying to escape a flimsy crate again. Having this crate has also helped to reduce my anxiety with leaving Monty home alone—and that’s priceless.
