Free Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy: You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.
If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)
All items must be returned in original condition, must include manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
Exchange Policy: We allow one free product exchange per order for customers located within the contiguous 48 States.
Exchange must be claimed within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

Braxton hates being away from his people, but the Impact crate has made that transition so much easier for him. He doesn’t whine or scratch at all, and he settles in quickly. And even if he did have a moment, I’d feel completely confident knowing he’s safe in a crate that’s built to last.

The collapable crate is definitely more than enough for our escape artist german shepherd.

It took about 1-1/2 hours to assemble with two people. Absolutely love the kennel, very spacious and sturdy. No sharp edges love all the locks on it. My dog kept hurting himself and shredding the metal cage kennels. I have peace of my and can relax knowing hes safe!
