Will my dog fit comfortably?

Measure your dog and compare both the interior space and the doorway before ordering. Your dog should be able to enter easily, turn around, and lie down comfortably. Check the current dimensions on the Insulated Dog Condo product page.

How does the insulation work?

The Dog Condo uses one-inch insulation with an R-value of 3 to help slow heat transfer. Its elevated base keeps the floor off the ground. Insulation helps buffer outdoor temperatures; it does not actively heat or cool the shelter.

How do I access the interior?

The full-length piano-hinged lid lifts for access to the interior, making it easier to clean or add bedding. The two-way swinging door lets your dog enter and leave on their own.

Where should I place the condo?

Choose a stable, level spot with good drainage and room for the door to swing freely. Position it in a sheltered area of your yard, check the bedding regularly, and bring your dog indoors when outdoor conditions are unsafe.
