    Almost cancelled order

    I contacted Impact after a heated discussion with my finance about my decision to purchase an Impact crate for our Boxer/Doberman mix and I requested a return while the product was still in transit. Impact gave us two options; return the product and they’d do a full refund or they could apply a credit to our purchase to help with the pricing a bit. These our investment in your dogs safety after all. In the meantime my fiancé purchased a crate off Amazon that he was not confident would work for our anxious pup, in fact the measurements weren’t accurate and it was too small for her but worked great for our midsize poodle. The Impact crate finally arrived and it sat in the box for a a couple days until my fiancé said, I want to give this Impact crate a go. He put it together, and as a blue collar guy loved the structure and quality of the crate. But what we loved even more was how comfortable our pup was in this crate almost instantly. She goes in with no issues and she hardly barks or scratches. It’s been amazing and totally worth the price now that we have peace of mind. Impact even honored their offer to send a credit after we changed our minds. 100/10 recommend the crate and this company!!

    Changed our lives.

    2 years ago I was experiencing severe panic attacks because i didnt know what to do about my husky who was incredibly destructive when left at home. We tried normal crates and he would eat through the base and destroy the floor/carpeting. He was so restless in other crates. This crate seriously changed our lives. He runs to the crate when we tell him and settles immediately.

    After 2 years we have just now started to allow him to stay out again when we are gone and he seems to have grown out of his destructive habits. However, he still chooses to sleep and relax in his crate which we have kept in our bedroom with the door open so he can come and go as he pleases.

    I was worried about the upfront cost but after reading so many reviews that this was their last resort, I am so so glad we decided to purchase. So if you are in the same shoes, I would highly recommend. The only issue is it can be difficult to travel with as we did not get the folding model.

    My dog in has broken 6 kennels he has tryed to get out of his impact cage and he can’t he is so quick to be quiet that it scares me because when I use any other kennels he get upset when I leave the room with this one he knows he’s safe if I could give it more the 5 stars I would love it
