You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.
If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)

Do you cover dog damage?
The High Anxiety crate is our only crate covered by the Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee. If your dog breaks it, we'll replace it. We do not cover dog damage on the Stationary or Collapsible crate models.
I purchased the High Anxiety crate. What does this Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee cover?
If your dog damages a part of the crate causing a malfunction or compromising the safety of your dog and the crate, those parts will be replaced for free. Free replacement parts, or even crate replacement, is provided within this lifetime timespan. If this happens, please contact us immediately, so we can provide you with replacement parts or a brand new crate.

Can I order the High Anxiety Crate in a different color?
The High Anxiety crate is only available in gray. This is to ensure we can send any replacement parts in a timely manner, if needed.
Is the High Anxiety Crate's air ventilation differ from other crate models?
It is a common misconception that the High Anxiety crate will have less air circulation than the Stationary model. The High Anxiety model does have smaller ventilation holes to help prevent the dog from being able to get their teeth, paws or noses into these holes. Although we use smaller ventilation holes of 1/2 inch, we have increased the overall amount of ventilation holes to provide the same air flow as our Stationary models.
Can I fly with the High Anxiety Crate?
No. The High Anxiety crate is not airline compliant.
What is the difference between High Anxiety, the Collapsible, and Stationary crates?
The High Anxiety crate will have double the thickness of aluminum, welded and riveted, and reduced 1/2" ventilation holes. It incorporates the use of a paddle latch rather than the slam latch and also includes 4 additional butterfly latches for extra security on the front door. The High Anxiety crate also is our only model that includes a lifetime dog damage guarantee and the only crate we have not had a single dog escape from.
Our Collapsible is extremely versatile, it can be collapsed and set up in under a minute and transported very easily. Additionally it is the only crate that offers our 54" size perfect for Great Danes.
Our Stationary has a wide range of sizes from small breeds to large breeds, has the ability to have a side door add on for different home configurations, and is Airline Approved right out of the box.
Does the High Anxiety Crate collapse down?
No, only our Collapsible Crate will collapse down. The High Anxiety crate does require assembly so if needed you can disassemble the crate to relocate it.

As a professional dog trainer, I highly recommend these crates. I currently own 7 personally, and 8 more for work. The pictured crate holds a 120# juvenile Boerboel. The High Anxiety crates are solidly engineered and planned for dog safety and indestructibility. The collapsible crates are great for travel and have withstood high drive Malinois and German Shepherds. Yes they’re expensive. But the piece of mind and buy once/cry once outweighs alternatives that can’t hold up or are hazardous to destructive dogs.

This crate has been the best purchase for my dog hands down! My dog is a German Shepherd and can escape out of anything, that is until now! Before I would use a normal wire crate, but she would pry herself out of it so many times to the point I would just leave it open when I would put her to bed at night in the garage. Then she would claw at the door to get inside and just accepted that my door would be destroyed and have to replace it eventually.
After countless attempts to help with her high anxiety, I finally found the Impact “high anxiety crate”. At first I was shocked at the price tag, but figured at this point I needed a solution no matter the cost to give her a better life and help her relax.
I purchased the crate, assembled it with her watching so she would be familiar with it, and as soon as I introduced it to her and crated her in it she was calm and relaxed the entire night. I thought this was still too good to be true, but after a whole month of owning this crate she still goes in and sleeps in peace night after night. During the day and when we’re relaxing at night, she’ll even help herself to hang out inside the crate without me insisting. Installing the crate was not the easiest especially by myself (best to have another person help you put it together), but with a little creativity with some painter’s tape I was able to successfully install it by myeslf. The few hours of installation was absolutely worth it.

We adopted our 2 year old Vizsla from the County Animal Shelter. He had been running wild in the streets with other dogs for a long time. He becomes massively anxious when we have to leave him at home alone. He has destroyed two different types of (expensive) dog crates that were advertised as "indestructible". We have had no damage with him in the Impact dog crate. And since he has figured out that there is no way for him to escape he has calmed down quite a bit while in the crate. I have a security camera in the room where we keep his crate just so I can keep an eye on him. The first couple of times in the crate he was fussing and barking quite a bit. Since then he has settled down and accepts that this is a safe space for him to wait for us until we get home. Yes, this crate is more expensive than most others BUT I only had to buy this one ONCE. It has been worth the investment.

Read the reviews ahead of time and yes it is very difficult to put together and instructions are confusing and lacking in illustrations. However, I knew that and bought anyway for one reason and am not disappointed. This thing is HEAVY DUTY. A very strong dog who’s also a Houdini escape artist is always in the crate when I return home and thus, 5 stars! get this crate! It’s worth it for the peace of mind knowing your home is safe from being chewed up and/or peed and pooped in. He has escaped from many other crates and this one does the job!
